WATER WELL DRILLER

Tampa Well Drilling seeks a Water Well Driller with experience using rotary or cable tool drilling equipment. If you are an independent self-starter who does things right, we want you on the team.

Responsibilities

Perform water well drilling services & installations by operating rotary or cable tool drilling equipment.
Perform well inspections and abandonments.
Record drilling progress and maintain daily project reports.
Communicate and coordinate with project owners and other team members.
Perform manual labor by assembling and disassembling equipment.
Follow safety rules, regulations, instruction manuals, and specifications.
Other tasks as assigned may include shovelling, trenching, plumbing, loading & unloading trucks, cleaning drill rigs and support trucks, etc. related to the job description.

Required Qualifications

Clean and valid driver’s license
Cutting and welding knowledge (no license required)
Able to lift and carry heavy tools and supplies repetitively with good mobility and body mechanics.
Able to perform manual labor in a physically demanding position.
Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years experience operating rotary or cable tool drilling equipment.
CDL Class B

(for vehicles exceeding 25,000 lbs.)

Employment Details

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday
7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (end of shift can vary)

WORK LOCATION

Report daily to our business address in Tampa, FL.
Perform work at multiple locations throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.

PAY

Starting at $18+ per hour, based on qualifications, paid weekly
Premium pay differentials for qualifying holidays and weekends
